Hi, my name is Jennie and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have 8 years of experience as a counselor as well as an additional 3 years as a case manager while I was in graduate school. Much of that time was spent in crisis situations so I've heard and seen a lot. This means you can be you while knowing that I have the experience to be able to give you a safe space to express yourself.

The two main approaches I use in sessions are person-centered therapy and self-compassion. This means our sessions are built around you, your goals and who you are as an individual. My number one priority is your well-being and we'll work together to achieve that goal.

My goal is to help my clients learn skills to help them through their struggles. My hope is that by learning these skills they will see themselves as I see them, as someone who is strong. Someone who is capable. Someone who has worth.
