I work with clients of all ages to promote expression, processing of emotions, self-awareness, and holistic wellness. With training in humanistic and relational approaches, it is of utmost importance to me to form a partnership with my clients. Given whatever concerns we are addressing, I am flexible in choosing different tools and techniques we may bring into our work together. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides an open space in which healing and growth can take place.

In art therapy and/or in psychotherapy, we work to process feelings that come up and to explore ways of coping with these feelings. Using artwork or talking things through helps us to make sense of our experiences in a different way. The insight gained in this process often helps us in managing future emotions, stressors, and experiences.

I look forward to working together with clients to conquer whatever goals they identify as needing attention. Through ongoing dialogue, we can track progress and be fluid in addressing things as they come up. My goal is for my clients to leave therapy better knowing themselves and feeling able to competently address life's challenges and stressors.
