You deserve high-quality treatment at an affordable rate. A therapist that is affirmative, experienced, and non-judgmental. I am here to listen and guide your therapy process. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard and supported. Our sessions will allow you to better understand why you act, feel, and think the way that you do. I help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and many other stressors affecting today’s world. I also enjoy working with couples and understand the unique challenges of married life.

Before becoming a therapist, I trained at Alvin Ailey, toured internationally, and owned a talent management company. This robust background, my work at the Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC), and years of professional experience help me intricately understand the dynamics affecting many clients; including those in the entertainment & LGBTQIA+ communities.

Whether you’re an accomplished performer or a corporate executive, I’m here to listen. Rest assured you found an experienced therapist to support you on your journey. I enjoy the work that I do and my office is a comfortable, safe space where you will feeI at home. I wish you the best in your search and hope to meet you soon.
