Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, and a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist. I have experience with individuals ages 2-21 through mobile response crisis situations, intensive in-home therapy, residential group home settings, and partial care level group therapy. I also have experience working with individuals of all ages through outpatient community settings and through telehealth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to build a strong, therapeutic relationship with you to help us work together towards your goals. As I walk along with you throughout your growth journey, I will utilize your strengths to help you achieve your goals and utilize the most effective therapeutic treatment that is tailored to your individual life. I strongly believe in an integrative approach while incorporating mindfulness techniques to help regulate emotions and remain present throughout life.

What you can expect from our first session

After the initial intake session, my clients will have a realistic understanding of the therapeutic process and have clear and concrete expectations of therapy. During the following sessions, I aim to prioritize self-determination, promote well-being, and provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to achieve their goals at their own pace.
