I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL, Approved Clinical Supervisor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, and a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist. I have experience with individuals ages 2-21 through mobile response crisis, intensive in-home, residential group home, and partial care level therapy; and experience working with all ages through outpatient community settings and telehealth.

As I walk along with you throughout your growth journey, I will utilize your strengths to help you achieve your goals and utilize the most effective therapeutic treatment that is tailored to your individual life. I strongly believe in an integrative approach while incorporating mindfulness techniques to help regulate emotions and remain present throughout life.

After the initial intake session, my clients will have a realistic understanding of the therapeutic process and have clear and concrete expectations of therapy. During the following sessions, I aim to prioritize self-determination, promote well-being, and provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to achieve their goals at their own pace.
