Great to meet you!

Are you unsatisfied in your relationships? Did you know that unresolved trauma from your past can negatively affect the relationships in your life: with your friends, parents, children, spouse, and others? As a therapist specializing in psychodynamic therapy, I can help you develop a deep understanding of how your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect to your unresolved trauma and how they impact the quality of your current relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I utilize different treatment modalities that are individualized for each client, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I’m also trained in family and couples therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family.

What you can expect from our first session

While I know that searching for a therapist is a big step, it could lead to the most positive, life-changing decision you could ever make. With my help, we can work together side-by-side, one session at a time to help you strengthen and improve the quality of your relationships.
