I believe therapy should be a safe, non-bias, judge free space where you can be seen & heard regardless of what you are going through. In our sessions together, we can challenge & explore where we currently are in life, how to manage, cope & overcome obstacles with full transparency. With experience working with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, poly, community dealing with various mental health issues & life stressors, together we can set goals & build our toolbox to get to our higher, authentic self.
A bit about my approach to therapy
By getting to know one another in a warm welcoming environment, we together, can construct a plan and direction utilizing mindfulness and/or CBT.
