Are you feeling anxious, depressed or isolated? Do you need a safe, nurturing environment to discuss fears and concerns? Can you use guidance and support through difficult times? Life's hurtles can create stress and anxiety and seeking help can be frightening, I want to congratulate you on taking the first step. Friends and family are an invaluable support, but often you need more. Through a unique blend of solution focused, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approaches we will work together to work through your challenges and create a path toward a more satisfying life.

My primary focus has been treating children, teens and parents with attentional issues, mood or anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma as well as family/relationship conflict that arises from these conditions. I strive to create an individual plan to help you confront your fears, ease your sadness, as well as create and reach new goals.

Everyone has strengths, but it can be challenging to notice them during difficult times. It is my job to bring to light the strengths and resources you already have while simultaneously bringing awareness to the connection between the ways you think, behave, and feel. You are the expert of you own life. I am simply here to guide you on your path.
