I incorporate psycho-education and effective positive coping skills to help you better manage mental health complications. I work in collaboration with you to develop and better understand personalized achievable goals for peak emotional health
A bit about my approach to therapy
I apply trauma-focused CBT and other proven approaches to assist processing how trauma influences daily life. I encourage individual abilities for positive coping while maintaining a non-bias space for a sense of flexibility and personalization. I have interest in mindfullness applications and have worked with assault survivors and LGBTQ+ adults and teens.

I hold a certification in trauma therapy and am excited to continue my education and incorporate somatic exercises that enhance mind and body enrichment toward a calm and managed sense of being.
