Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, or stress from trauma? Struggling with your authentic identity or having difficulty relating to a loved one who is? I provide inclusive services working with these challenges within individual therapy. I incorporate psycho-education and effective positive coping skills to help you better manage mental health complications. I work in collaboration with you to develop and better understand personalized achievable goals for peak emotional health

A bit about my approach to therapy

I apply trauma-focused CBT and other proven approaches to assist processing how trauma influences daily life. I encourage individual abilities for positive coping while maintaining a non-bias space for a sense of flexibility and personalization. I have interest in mindfullness applications and have worked with assault survivors and LGBTQ+ adults and teens.
