Great to meet you!

I am ready and willing to offer guidance and support through the journey of making life changes. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of North Texas in Development and Family Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I have been counseling and guiding those in need of guidance for over 5 years. I have a passion for helping people and is especially looking forward to helping you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help build on their strengths and attain the personal growth that they are committed to accomplishing. I strive to help clients find the source of their anger or that thing that causes them to struggle with stress, excessive worrying or intense feelings of sadness; I can help through using integrative therapy which is a blend of different approaches tailor to each client's needs.

What you can expect from our first session

With each session, I want clients to know and feel that I am here to support and assist them with navigating those aspects of life that are hard but you so desperately want to change. Seeking help can be difficult yet rewarding and I want you to walk away from each session feeling like you’ve made steps towards making life changes. I strive to help with balancing life stressors and gaining peace of mind by the end of our time together. I look forward to hearing from you soon
