Do you notice patterns of behavior that you're unhappy with? Feel dissatisfied with the way things currently are in your life? Do you struggle to identify what it is that you are feeling or have difficulties coping with the intensity of your emotions? By drawing from interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic modalities, I empower clients to gain insight, define goals, and develop new skills to manage concerns related to personal, social/relational, and life transitions. I approach psychotherapy from the perspective that it is an interactive process that can promote insight, create positive change, and foster personal growth.
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families to address a wide spectrum of issues, some of which include depression and self-esteem, relationships, anger, eating issues, anxiety, parenting, life transitions, and interpersonal dynamics. As a member of the Criminal Panel of Experts for the City of New York, I also have expertise in the subspecialty area of forensic psychology. I can provide forensic consultations and evaluations.
