Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Tennessee. I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. I completed a 1 year residency at a VA Medical Center and have been practicing for 3 years. I collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, with a focus on promoting holistic wellness and empowering individuals to achieve their mental health goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim at providing emotional encouragement and practical guidance to individuals facing certain challenges and stress during their visits. I focus on fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship to help clients cope with difficulties, enhance self-esteem, and develop effective coping strategies.

What you can expect from our first session

Initial assessments are focused on understanding their concerns & collaboratively working towards their goals, empowering them to navigate challenges more effectively and cultivate positive changes in their lives. In medication management appointments, clients can expect thorough assessments, discussions about medication options, potential side effects, & how to optimize their medication regimen for the best outcomes.
