Greetings, I seek to support and empower you through compassion, empathic leadership and a holistic perspective using integrative treatment style. My background includes working with crisis, self-harm and self-worth in the schools. Supporting adults and youth with life skills and educating around the importance of maintaining mind, body and spiritual wellness.

My approach views you as an individual who deserves to be treated with empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard. I particularly enjoy supporting youth and adults of parents/guardians in recovery and highly functioning, highly stressed, adults that are also parents and in the helping professions.

You can expect for us to work together to come up with some goals and a plan for how we would like our visits to look. I am eclectic and integrate talk therapy, breathing exercises, mantras and meditation. For some we will incorporate tapping, journaling and referrals to group healing exercises.
