I believe everyone deserves to have access to take care their emotional and mental health. I am a bilingual, military, Christian Veteran. I have worked with issues such as, trauma, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc.

I primarily work with adults, couples, and adolescents. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am eclectic in my theoretical approach, as I feel I cannot follow a one style fits all approach.

I understand there are times in our lives when we may feel stuck, helpless, or scared. To quote Trina Paullus, "you must want to be a butterfly so badly, you are willing to give up being a caterpillar".

Working together, it is my hope that you will at least feel hopeful and empowered after each session.
