Irma Jansen

Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns and are unable to change? Are you going through changes that seem too much to handle on your own?

I have been providing psychotherapy for a wide variety of issues, helping people work through habitual patterns and unexpected changes. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, life transitions, adjustments to change.

My therapeutic style is warm, direct and interactive, helping people to treat themselves with compassion rather than judgment.

My approach derives from solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies. Our dialogue will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.

I will help you increase awareness of your feelings, identify obstacles and patterns that undermine your relationships and/or your professional life, in order to develop healthy and loving connections and live a life of decreased unrest and greater satisfaction and contentment.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change and a better understanding of yourself. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you.
