Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist and I have been in practice for over 15 years. I received my PH.D from the University of Wisconsin and I have worked with men and women presenting with a wide range of psychological issues including Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ineffective coping styles, etc. I work with adults only at this time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use several Evidence Based Psychotherapies in my practice. This means that the treatments I use have been researched and proven to be effective. I am trained in multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, and Chronic Pain), Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure therapies (for PTSD, OCD and Panic), and ACT. You should expect to be participative and active in your treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to be an active participant in your treatment. You will be asked to practice the skills that you learn in sessions during the time between sessions since this is where the real change happens.
