We hear so often that life is about fun and adventure yet how often is it filled with dread, fear, and emptiness. Many of my clients may have education and resources yet feel stymied and frustrated.

While eclectic and borrowing from multiple modalities, I favor using acceptance and commitment therapy. We will utilize mindfulness meditation, defuse from our maladaptive thoughts, and embrace and commit to your values and sense of meaning. I also connect with Carl Rogers’ teachings that highlighted the beauty of a mutual journey in which therapist and client are fellow travelers learning from each other.
