I always had a passion to help others strive to achieve their utmost best. Speaking to a therapist allows you to get insight about how your emotions affect your behavior in ways that you may not have understood before. My main approaches are Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered Therapy although I derive from other modalities based on your needs and goals for therapy.
