I’m a person-centered, strength-based therapist who believes that every individual is an expert in his/her/their own life. I help people uncover and use their own strengths to overcome obstacles and grow into their best selves. I’m passionate about validating individuals’ unique experiences while empowering them to find meaning and purpose in all areas of their lives.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I typically use the approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to assist individuals in setting goals and finding solutions while challenging unproductive thoughts, managing emotions, and changing behaviors that no longer serve them. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and their families. (*Although trained, I don't work with couples.*)

I believe it’s essential for clients to feel comfortable, and I strive to offer a relaxed, safe environment in which you can fully express yourself. I’m dedicated to being collaborative, real, and honest – allowing, and even encouraging, humor to build our relationship and work through issues.
