Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned professional, working in the field of mental health for over 30 years. I hold a Master's Degree and have been licensed in Florida since 1998. It can be such a scary thing to reach out to a stranger to discuss some of the most personal areas of your life. I strive to be warm and accepting so that you can feel more at ease sharing these details of your life. This is a non-judgement zone!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have found over the years that everyone brings their own unique issues, personality, and history to the table. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic strategies. This training allows me to tailor treatment to fit your specific needs. We will partner in this together.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be an introduction. You will be free to ask me any questions or concerns you have about the therapeutic process and what to expect. I will take some history from you and gather information about what in particular has brought you to meet with me. By the end of the first session we will have outlined some specific goals. The following sessions will involve utilizing therapeutic tools and techniques to move you towards those goals.
