My training as both a board-certified Integrative Nurse Coach and a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner enables me to form purposeful and results-oriented partnerships with clients that ultimately leads to increased resilience, balance in calm in everyday life. 

In order to successfully navigate the unavoidable challenges that come up in life it is crucial to understand the biology of the stress response. From there we will explore how this response translates into your own experience. We will then dive into the practice of mindfulness and learn how regular practice of even the simplest techniques can help tame unhealthy stress reactions.
