My treatment incorporates somatics, emotional regulation skills, and interpersonal neurobiology to gently integrate healing and increase self connection. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Specifically, I have 7 years experience working with transgender teens and adults, providing support wherever they are on their journey.
I am also passionate about providing support and guidance to those trying to manage bipolar disorder.
