If you are struggling in any area of your life it is worth exploring in therapy. Many of my clients, children and adults, have dealt with and worked through issues related to depression, anxiety, relationships issues, fear of change, anger management, loss of a job or loved one, addiction, and trauma. I use a strengths based approach to focus on the unique strengths and challenges of each individual, couple, family, or group that I am working with. Regardless of your struggles, I will work with you to identify positive, healthy ways of coping to overcome difficulties and increase satisfaction.
I believe that therapy should be a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and confidential place to share thoughts and feelings, explore the root or cause of difficulties, and practice new ways of coping that will encourage balance, peace, self-confidence, joy and a greater understanding of self and others.
