Great to meet you!

I became a counselor because I wanted to help people feel less alone in the world. My goal through therapy is to help you feel heard and empowered, and to gain insights into your issues and how to move forward in life. My interests and therapeutic training include working with mothers, emerging adults, women, couples, and those who are pregnant, in postpartum or wanting to be pregnant. Life can be challenging, but I am here to help my clients work through fear and worry to find joy and hope.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I used a humanistic, person-centered approach and emphasize active listening, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I also use a variety of theories to help you find solutions and build skills to help in your everyday. Additionally, I am a emotion-focused couples therapist.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients leave session knowing that they have been heard and that there is someone rooting for them. They also remember the strength and resilience they process to manage anything life brings. Book with me now by clicking on my website. I accept clients with Cigna and Aetna as well as private pay.
