Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life?

Do you feel like you’re stuck in your head, being pushed around by negative thoughts and emotions, or engaging in the same self-destructive patterns, while life passes you by?

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been providing individual therapy for adults for over 9 years.

Whatever issues you're dealing with, you'll be treated with dignity and respect, and I'll work with you to develop a plan to move towards living the kind of life that you want.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I’ve been providing therapy services for adults since 2015.

I enjoy bringing in a variety of therapy models and techniques to personalize the therapy experience for each client. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach that focuses on helping you to figure out what really matters to you and helps you to create the kind of life that you want to live.

What you can expect from our first session

When you meet with me, you can except to feel heard, understood, and affirmed. I avoid using a "cookie-cutter" approach to therapy and make sure that the experience feels unique to you and to your needs. I want you to walk away feeling empowered and excited about moving towards the kind of life that you want to live.
