Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a mental health counselor in Ohio specializing in therapy for children ages 8 to 12, and their caregivers. My favorite part of working with kids is getting to see the way they navigate the world and come up with their own creative solutions to problems they face.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My job is to help my clients and their adults explore solutions, learn new strategies, and leave behind unhelpful behaviors to reduce anxiety and fear, or to better cope with their symptoms. My years of experience working with elementary-aged children in schools, as well as training in CBT and EMDR, will help us navigate the roadblocks ahead.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to help you and your child learn new strategies and leave behind unhelpful behaviors and work through distressing emotional experiences. My goal in therapy is that as a team, we get to experience more joy found in successful school days, sports competitions, playdates, or family time at home, and less anxiety and challenging behavior.
