Great to meet you!

Since earning my doctorate in psychology at Harvard ages ago, I've gained lots of experience supporting people with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, particularly. My work is an expression of my own approach to living, saying "Yes" to relaxing more fully into the essential joy of being while saying "No" to what is false and leaving us all now rapidly. Expanding, sometimes painfully and sometimes gladly into more capacity to be yourself, you really can feel better now!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm and interactive and I do my best to meet everyone with respect, compassion and kindness. I will tailor our sessions to supporting you to meet more fully your own needs now and move forward in greater alignment with your own desires. You've got an amazingly powerful self-healing ability. Showing up for yourself more fully, trusting that you can do this as you also say "goodbye" to what's gone for good now feels so much better than settling for just surviving!

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me, you can expect to be supported to listen within yourself more deeply, activating your own self-healing ability. Gaining more access to your own calm, open brightness, even in the ever~changing and at times very painful context of the falling away of old identities is our shared work in therapy. Finding courage to take more steps towards positive change when you've been knocked down hard a lot is much easier when you're truly supported by another to do so. You can do this!
