Great to meet you!

I have been practicing clinical social work since graduating from Columbia University’s School of Social Work in 2012. I have worked in both rural (NY's Hudson Valley; Western North Carolina) and urban (NYC) environments; I firmly understand the impact of culture on psychological development, identity, and personal fulfillment. I treat Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar disorders, anxiety, panic, phobias, personality disorders, eating disorders, alcohol & substance abuse problems, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is down-to-earth, encouraging, and guided foremost by the client. The #1 adage leading my practice is “start where the client is”. I listen carefully, reflect for clarity, and help clients to articulate deeper understanding of themselves.

Individuals questioning their sexual identity, LGBTQ, and BIPOC clients will be supported and affirmed. Creative types are welcomed: use of creativity is an unlimited source of healing potential.
