I use a strengths-based model to help you overcome potential roadblocks you may have created in yourself or in your life, and help you chip away at them, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Family of Origin is one technique, where we look at your family history and patterns, and see what may have affected you in a negative way. Then, we work on changing those patterns, with more positive, and productive ones.
