I have been in the helping professions for the past decade and specifically a therapist for four years. I use an integrative approach, where I assess the strengths and resources already available to you but potentially hidden in your blind spots. I often use "parts work" with clients, a tool for healing allowing one to live life in a way that promotes more empowerment and less burden. I teach my clients different ways to cope with life's anxieties and stressors using evidence-based treatments.

As a therapist, I plant a lot of seeds, as seeds are the early stages of growth and development. Therapy is a process and there are no quick fixes nor short cuts. A client might be planting seeds for a few months and eventually grow a plant or two. My end goal is for the client to have a garden of coping skills, flowers of compassion, and the confidence to be their own best helper.
