I work with adults ages 18+ who are seeking support related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, women's issues, life transitions, communication issues, career development, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I am committed to supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, students & professors in higher education, and people who are working on personal growth or enhanced self-awareness.

My goal is to create an empathic, collaborative, and reflective space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their concerns and goals. I am invested in hearing the experiences and world views of each individual client, providing a space to unpack and reflect on topics brought to session, and recognizing each client's intersecting identities.

My approach is eclectic, emphasizing humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based techniques. From a trauma-informed framework, I support clients in gaining a deeper understanding of their experiences, building a sense of empowerment, recognizing their resiliency, and identifying ways to create sustainable changes in their lives.
