Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping children and adults navigate past and present issues. I use a combination of CBT, DBT and am a solution focus and person centered therapist. My goal is to make my clients as comfortable as possible, in a judgement free space, in order to feel their very best.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to use evidence based approaches that are proven to help my clients get healthy. With that being said, I also believe in tailoring my approach to the individual I am counseling and meeting the person where they are at.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel comfortable and to be able to be open in their sessions with me. I allow my clients to tell me what goals they have for their treatment and that is what we work towards. I strive for the time we have together to be a safe place where change can be made.
