I strive to be creative in my methods, whether that means incorporating meditative techniques, music or art projects. I have a genuine desire to assist my clients with their overall health and wellbeing and I believe in the inherent resiliency that can be fostered through strength-based work.
I am skilled at treating Anxiety, Depression, and Grief. I have worked with adults of all ages, from diverse, international backgrounds, belief systems and stages of life.
