I have worked in the field for more than 30 years in crisis teams, mental health clinics, LGBTQ+ community, schools, domestic violence programs, and geriatric services. I am non-judgmental and happy to help you recover from crisis, bereavement (grief or loss), the stress of long-term debilitating illness, ongoing anxiety or fear, mood disorders, and school related issues.
