I work with clients suffering from a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, stress, mood disorders, emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
I want to help you lead a productive, fulfilling life that will encourage you to start truly living again. Our relationship will be collaborative. I work with my clients from an integrative approach which consists of both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
