I approach all of my clients from the perspective of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). These approaches have the strongest research support for their effectiveness with a variety of problems of any approaches currently available. That is why I use them--my job is to provide you with the most effective approach that is available. I hope to work myself out of a job with you!
