"If we are to live together in peace, we must come to know each other better." - Lyndon Johnson. I believe we are all searching for true genuine inner peace. However, "life happens" and we often find ourselves in the midst of chaos. So, the magic question, "how do we fix it?" This takes time, patience, and trusting in the process that we know as therapy. I create a safe, welcoming, and comforting environment for my clients to share and process their emotions. By developing and strengthening one's own insight we learn how to best respond to our stressors.
I have practiced in the mental health/substance use field for multiple years. I provide services for tweens, adolescents, and adults. My work related and personal life experiences have molded my skill set to be one in which I find to be flexible, creative, and responsive.
I believe therapy should be something to look forward to as we work towards regaining our inner peace with ourselves and those around us.
