Hi, I'm Evan. A trained mental health counselor disguised as a regular person you can just talk to. I have worked with an array of people and issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, health improvement, and more. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to our work together. Ultimately, I believe that you know best what you need and want. I'm here to help facilitate that process so that we can reach your life goals.
I have a diverse background including skills both in mental health and physical health which I can use separately or in an integrative way. My background in mental health includes training in CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other treatment approaches. My background in physical health includes personal training, yoga, and mindful movement.
