I believe that all people need a safe place to be seen and heard. I provide my client's with a comfortable, warm, empathic space to be able to express their feelings, gain awareness and make connections. With my guidance, client's will change their painful limiting beliefs of themselves to better live out their soul purpose. With my guidance client’s will understand unfinished business from their past and how that takes away from their innate wisdom and causes a split sense of self. Together we will take shame, guilt and judgement out of our past experiences and transform them into empowerment, purpose, wholeness and health.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to alleviate negative thought patterns. I use meditation, breath work and mindfulness based techniques as a way to slow down the mind, ground oneself and make conscious decisions. I practice inner child healing exercises with clients to heal childhood wounds from our past.
