Great to meet you!

Book with me now by clicking on my website. I have many years of experience working in the health care fields to include hospital social work, renal social work and mental health therapy and case management. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Georgia and Michigan.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use telehealth exclusively. It's easy, convenient and secure. You'll be assured of the same or better quality of care using the patient portal. I work with individuals ages 18 and older who want to address their anxiety, overthinking and depressive symptoms.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal is to maintain a peaceful balance of emotions in your day to day living. Fear is one of the earliest and most basic emotions. Fear is similar to pain. I can help you learn to acknowledge, accept and regulate these emotions through the use of active listening, mindfulness techniques and a variety of evidence-based approaches.
