I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a focus to provide counseling that leads to healing, growth and healthy changes in your life in a supportive and confidential environment. My practice offers individual counseling to help you develop effective coping skills; overcome transitions and challenges; and develop positive thinking.

I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating evidence-based practices like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing. My goal is to empower you to take control of your thoughts, emotions and actions.
What you can expect from our first session
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” so I personalize each session to fit the individual needs of every client. You will walk away with increased insight into areas of difficulty, as well as awareness of adaptive skills for managing emotional responses, coping with stress, and navigating challenging situations and/or relationships.
