I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, youth, adults, couples and families. I work to focus on areas of your concern.

My counseling approach is informed by my years of experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. Through therapy I have been able to help individual and families address barriers or areas of concern.

Treatment approaches I use in therapy are Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment. In addition together we will discuss interventions/tools that will be helpful to you to enhance your wellbeing.

Your input and feedback is important as we work together to create a goal to move toward your desired outcome. I will listen and provide support to create a plan and goal to move toward the outcome you choose. You will engage, give feedback on what is or is not helpful and collaborate with me to for your desired outcome.
