Great to meet you!

Many of my clients have come to therapy due to life-transitions, experiences in aging, changes in family and relationship systems and dynamics, work and academic stress, and low self-esteem and self-worth due to differences in their family cultures and their brain’s unique chemical and structural makeup. My clients tell me that I have a calming presence, and that I'm great at offering another perspective in order to challenge their negative self-beliefs in a supportive and compassionate way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm passionate about working with Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) and neurodivergent clients to create a safe-space together and honor my my client's experiences and life stories. I include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, Narrative Therapy and additional therapies that are tailored to each person in each unique therapy journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients improve their self-esteem and "enough-ness" through validating and supporting my clients as experts of themselves and deepening their compassionate relationships with themselves through boundaries, modifying core beliefs, and engaging in self-care that is loving and prioritizes acceptance and rest. I help clients engage in self-compassion and develop healthy boundaries during the experiences of processing and grieving their loss of Self due to external and internal expectations.
