Great to meet you!

I am a Latina ADHDer who loves to work with neurodivergent young adults. Clients who see me are usually struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Clients who work with me tend to like joking in session, being challenged with compassion, and working collaboratively to work towards their goals. Together, we can identify your strengths and create a new understanding of what it means to have a healthy relationship with yourself and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I've been told I am a bubbly, direct-but-kind therapist. I love to get into the science of mental health, so I love to teach the "why" in sessions. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help my clients meet their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their emotions and effective coping strategies. My goal is to empower clients by providing them with education on what their emotions mean, skills that can help them, and how traumas affect the way we think and act. I create an honest, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their feelings and experiences.
