Great to meet you!

Hello, thank you for reading my profile! I am Erena, a licensed clinical social worker, certified health coach, and anxiety specialist. I come to this field as a person who is not immune from the impact of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and sugar cravings. I love helping people with burn out, worry, stress, chronic illness, and emotional eating.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is time to get unstuck. My theoretical orientation is grounded in an integrative blend of evidence based modalities drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, nutrition, and neuroscience. I incorporate concrete tools and tangible takeaways into each session. My style is warm and highly interactive. I use Brainspotting, a cutting-edge technique to assist in providing accelerated relief for stress, anxiety symptoms, and negative thoughts.

What you can expect from our first session

Without judgment and with my genuine support, your desires and best intentions can be achieved. The commitment is so simple. Let it happen. Begin the journey and amaze yourself with what you will learn, feel, discover, and become. Therapy is for you and about you. I offer a consultation to see if we would make a good team and how I can be of service to you. Please feel free to reach out to me, if you don't see a consultation time in my calendar that works for you.
