I come to this field as a person who is not immune from the impact of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and sugar cravings. I love helping people with burn out, worry, stress, chronic illness, and emotional eating.

It is time to get unstuck. My theoretical orientation is grounded in an integrative blend of evidence based modalities drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, nutrition, and neuroscience. I incorporate concrete tools and tangible takeaways into each session. My style is warm and highly interactive. I use Brainspotting, a cutting-edge technique to assist in providing accelerated relief for stress, anxiety symptoms, and negative thoughts.
