My most important task as a counselor is to be an unconditional support to you. To walk beside you, listen without judgment, and provide feedback, encouragement, and perspective. I strive to provide tools you can use in your everyday life to better manage change, challenges, and conflict. In order to make progress in counseling, the right fit between therapist and client is essential. I do my best to provide that for you as we move forward together.

My main goal is to build a positive therapeutic relationship with every client. My areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, perinatal mental health (including postpartum depression), and adolescent mental health.
