Eman

My non-traditional therapeutic approach includes kindness, building trust and a warm relationship with clients. I practice with intention and hope I can provide the quality care that everyone should receive. I facilitate a person-centered non-judgmental approach that will enable clients to access their own desires and sustainable change. I like to support my clients in exploring self-efficiency and find their true authentic self. I have experience in working with people of color, immigrants, people with disabilities who may be struggling with relationship issues, experienced marginalization and exclusion. I also have experience in working with people who are privileged but also feel a sense of exclusion from their family and communities. I focus on processing intergenerational trauma and intersectional discrimination. My bicultural background and experience has helped me appreciate diversity and having a desire to create a safe space for a positive experience in therapy.
