Through our work you will gain the understanding of of what your triggers are while developing a new awareness to make changes. Quite often the coping strategies that we develop when we are young become mal-adaptive when we are adults.
I am certified in Dr. Stephen Porges Safe and Sound Protocol, a 5 day therapeutic listening intervention designed to provide significant results in adult and children suffering from: social and emotional difficulties, auditory sensitivities, anxiety and trauma related challenges, inattention and stressors that impact social engagement.
