Great to meet you!

Can't sleep? Let's talk about it! If you're lying awake thinking you should talk to someone, you're in the right place. I love working with people who are new to therapy. My work focuses on stress and sleep, though this often involves discussing issues like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. I have experience ranging from elementary schools to emergency rooms where I help people with their most complicated and uncomfortable situations. I can help with yours too.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It's okay if you don't know where to start. It's my job to help you through each step - including the beginning! Therapy with me is a collaborative and nonjudgmental process. Whatever has you searching for a therapist, let's address it together. All you have to do is show up and be willing to try things.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are dedicated time where you can openly share what's going on in your life and in your brain. Do you need to process by exploring your family's D&D alignments or equating your coworkers to the 2010 Blackhawks roster? Let's do it. Your therapy sessions are specific to you - there are no right or wrong answers. Together we can figure out what you need to feel better and work on getting you there.
