First off, I want to congratulate you for taking the first step in seeking support. It can be incredibly hard to do and you did it. Secondly, it is important that you know that despite how you may be feeling now; relief, change, and growth is possible. We may be hard-wired to struggle, however, suffering doesn't need to be your life sentence. You are WORTHY of a life full of joy, gratitude, and peace.
