Great to meet you!

Hours: 8:30AM-2:30PM Mon-Fri. Individuals work with me to reduce, eliminate, or manage symptoms, dialog on root issues, unpack deep truths, develop meaning, or for grief and emotional support. I treat anxiety, grief, depression, bipolar, PTSD, military trauma, sexual abuse, many forms of addiction, career issues, existential concerns, impostor syndrome, and relationship issues, including poly and ENM.

EdM Harvard Graduate School of Education 2002; MS University of Massachusetts Boston 2013

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive, client-centered, nonjudgmental presence using proven treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, relational, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, narrative, possibility development, and positive psychology. I encourage people to build hope, possibility, strength, and resiliency. I am flexible to modify treatment as needed.

What you can expect from our first session

I care a lot. You may find helpful advice from TikTok but a warm and supportive therapist is better! I've also lived through hard times and recovered, including PTSD, infertility, and traumatic grief. Please reach out to me for appointments, always happy to help! Let's begin! YOU are worth it! - Elizabeth
